Programming
Before we begin design, we want to know as much as possible about you. Not only your needs, wants, and aesthetic, but also who you are and what makes you happy. Our team will tour and measure your space to fully understand the existing conditions and ask questions.

Concept
During the concept phase, we evaluate a range of ideas using hand sketches, 3D renderings, and precedent imagery. We look at how your personal interest and story can translate into the design of a space.

Design Development
Once the design direction is set, we develop the details needed to execute the design. We produce drawings, refine renderings, select materials, and layer in the smaller details needed for execution.
